The issues include: Electric brake system paid for but not supplied. No safety chains installed. No compliant safety hook connections. Coupling and welding work not completed to Australian standards. Generator box not supplied. Tent/front canopy not supplied. Flags and logo stickers not supplied. Various fittings and accessories promised during negotiations were not supplied. Trailer required substantial rectification work before it could be registered or safely used. Because the trailer was delivered incomplete, I was unable to register or operate my business as planned. The trailer had to remain parked while repairs and modifications were arranged. As a direct result of the supplier's actions, I have incurred: Additional workshop and fabrication costs. Electrical brake installation costs. Welding and compliance modification costs. Parking and storage fees while the trailer remained unusable. Delayed business commencement. Financial losses due to lost trading opportunities.

Only complaint is rear seat back needs to be angled a bit otherwise seem to be great carts
